The family business which has a legacy in Stone Mansion for over 3 decades, with its expertise started exporting Stones to different countries since 2013. Our Fabrication Infrastructure and team:
- 6 nos - 4 Axis - CNC operated Bridge cutters (Working Bed Size 3.5m X 2.1m)
- 2 nos - CNC operated automatic Edge polishing machine (Capable of performing Hollywood bevels and 100mm thick polishing)
- 2 nos - 3 Axis - CNC Waterjet Omax make (With bed size 4m X 2m - Capable of cutting sinks and 200mm thick blocks)
- 3 nos CNC router cutting for cutting smaller sink profiles
- 6 nos - Jib Cranes (For ease of loading and unloading at each machine)
- 6 nos - Overhead EOT cranes with 10 Tonnes load lifting capacity
- 1 nos - C - Clamp for ease of loading the crates into the container (Specially made to accommodate higher width crates)
- 4 nos - 5 tonnes Battery operated forklifts for ease of material movement
- Inhouse moulding bay with 40+ skilled workforce
- Inhouse carpenter shop for making custom crates per customer's requirement
- Inhouse CAD and planning team for understanding customer requirement and execution.
